Lauren Barron

Lauren Barron is a multidisciplinary artist and community organizer in New Orleans. Her community work started as the program director of 24 Carrot gardens, now known as Material Institute, where she still collaborates as an artist for their musical and sustainable fashion showcases. Also known as “Shivers” in the art community, she’s a go to artist collaborator in town. Collaborating on projects such as New Water Music presented by New Orleans Airlift and installations for cultural and community events with MusicBox Village.

Hanna Dawley

Hanna is a Tulane alumna graduating with a degree in International Relations. Following graduation, Hanna began working with the Bywater Institute helping facilitate academic and advocacy conferences at the Tulane River and Coastal Center. Hanna has an interest in water-related issues and topics in line with the ByWater Institute’s focus on coastal issues. Being from the Mississippi Gulf Coast herself, Hanna is proud to work with the Bywater Institute and seeks to fosters a hospitable environment to host discussions on water-related topics.

Tia Andrews

 

Tia Andrews has a B.A. from Southern University in New Orleans. Tia serves as the Administrative Program Coordinator for the ByWater Institute. In this position, Tia provides administrative support for the Tulane Bywater Institute and fiscal/clerical support for the department's Uptown offices.
